How should I take nujam Focus Flow?

Mix 12g of the powder with 250ml of chilled water and ideally add a few ice cubes. Alternatively, you can mix the powder into a fruity smoothie. We recommend not to exceed the daily portion of 12g.

Please always weigh the quantity. The spoon provided does not represent the exact amount.

Is Focus Flow well tolerated?

Focus Flow by nujam is well tolerated and can be taken on an empty stomach without any problems. If you tend to have a very sensitive stomach, we recommend drinking Focus Flow after you have eaten something.

How does Focus Flow work?

Vitamin B12, found in Focus Flow, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin B6 supports the body's energy metabolism.

The important amino acids L-citrulline and L-arginine are also included, as well as natural caffeine from green tea extract and guarana, and Panax ginseng.Ginseng has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used as a health-promoting ingredient for centuries.

Focus Flow also contains GABA, which actually means gamma-aminobutyric acid. GABA is the most important calming neurotransmitter and can have a positive effect on your performance and well-being when taken.

Yes, all products are 100% vegan and animal-free.

SHIPPING

Which countries do you deliver to and how long does shipping take?

Currently we deliver to Germany and Austria. The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 to 3 working days. The delivery time to Austria is usually 3 to 6 working days.

Which delivery services does nujam use?

To ensure that you can benefit from nujam as quickly as possible, we usually send your order as an insured package via DHL.
In Austria, your products will reach you reliably with Deutsche Post. After your order has left our logistics centre, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the delivery status.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is on its way to you, we will send you an email containing your personal tracking link.

How do I submit a return?

Email hello@nujam.de with your order number and we'll work something out. You can return your sealed and unopened package to us within 60 days of receiving your order. We'll even take care of the return shipping for you.

How does the "60 Day Money Back No Questions Asked Guarantee" work?

You've changed your mind and no longer want Focus Flow? No problem! You have 60 days to return the unopened product to us.

What do I do if a product is damaged?

First of all, we would like to apologise to you in this case. Mistakes happen to us too. Send us an email to hello@nujam.de with the following information and we will take care of a replacement as soon as possible.
- Ordner number
- Photos of the affected product (with visible damage)
- Photo of the batch/ best before dates (on the product)
